Hopper Bottom Silos

Hopper Bottom Silos are conically shaped with metallic 45 and óO cones. With capacities ranging from 10—1200 tonnes they reduce commodity damage by simplifying civil work and eliminating the need for sweep and discharge augers.

Since the supporting structures of these Silos are of bolted construction and hot dipped galvanised after manufacture, they offer a thoroughly clean and maintenance free system.

This silo enables 100% discharge of the stored grain due to gravity. They are more suitable for day production online with Galvanized Flat Bottom Silos. These silos are equipped with accessories like level switches, aeration system, temperature monitoring device and discharge gates etc. They are designed considering various site conditions like heavy rain, falling area, humidity, cold, hot & earthquake etc.
